The Basic Plan is designed for small
informational websites. This plan includes:
- Site monitoring and maintenance
- 60 minute uptime monitoring
- Perception Web Solutions will monitor your website at 60
minute intervals to make sure the server
is up and running. If your site goes
down, we will work to get it back up as quickly as
possible.
- Monitor bandwidth and memory usage
- As your website becomes more popular your
bandwidth requirements will increase. Hosting
services charge large fees for exceeding the
alloted bandwidth. We can warn you if your
bandwidth and memory usage trends are close
to exceeding their allotment and help you
make adjustments to your hosting plan.
- Maintain a backup
- If disaster strikes, having a backup of your website that can be quickly uploaded to your server, or to a mirror server, can minimize the time your site is offline. By maintaining a backup, Perception Web Solutions is ready to take whatever action is necessary to get your website back online quickly.
eCommerce Maintenance Plan
$95 / Month*
The eCommerce Plan is designed for websites with business critical web applications like shopping carts. It includes all of the services of the Basic Plan Plus the following:
- 15 minute web application monitoring
- Don't rely on your customers to tell you that your shopping cart is not working. Perception Web Solutions will monitor your web application at 15 minute intervals to make sure it is operating correctly.
- Installation of latest security patches for your web applications
- Keeping your web applications up to date is critical for the security of your customers and your business. Perception Web Solutions will make sure that the latest security patches are installed. However, major upgrades are not included.
- Backups
- Maintain a backup of your web application installation
- Make sure your web hosting service is making regular database backups
